Aim: The university has a very important role in the social environment, and thus contribute to the knowledge generated can be distributed to different classes of the population. Thus, this project aimed to contribute as partners of the schools of the first and second degrees, aiding in the recycling of their teachers, as well as scientific and cultural training of their students, educating family members, colleagues and friends of the same, about human anatomy. Factor that could contribute to the implementation of preventive methods of health and in the process of disease treatment. In addition, the project aimed to assist in the training of medical students, placing them in a position to transmit knowledge. Methods and results: Assignment of Anatomical Parts: The principals of colleges send us letter requesting the type of anatomical specimens with the name of those responsible for it. It’s done a register and the same sign as responsible and return it to the date previously scheduled. The pieces are packed in glass jars suitable so that it is not violated. Visits to the Laboratory: The principals of the schools send in letters requesting the visit of their students and teachers. Scheduling is on Fridays during the morning. Students are sent to the laboratory in groups of 40 to 50, which are received by instructors – medical students and laboratory technicians - and divided into 4 or 5 groups that, under the guidance of human anatomy teachers, are the statements of cadavers and anatomical parts, explaining each in a rotation of the groups. Were educated and trained 1,800 students from first and second degrees of public and private schools, totaling 45 schools of Uberaba and the surrounding municipalities, with their 45 science teachers. We serve numerous science fairs such achools, yielding 200 anatomical specimens for public display. Conclusions: With this work we contribute effectively to the instruction and education of 1,800 students and 45 teachers from 45 public and private schools of Uberaba and neighboring municipalities. We lend 200 anatomical specimens, in which science fairs, promoted the cultural enrichment of countless others from various social segments. It is worth mentioning that students participating in the project had a familiarity with the teaching of anatomy and were in contact with questions that reflect the life of the population, allowing a better understanding of the knowledge of society against the human anatomy and medicine.

Objetivos: A universidade tem um papel muito importante no meio social, devendo assim contribuir para que o conhecimento gerado possa ser distribuído às diferentes classes da população. Dessa maneira, objetivamos com esse projeto, contribuir como parceiros dos colégios de primeiro e segundo graus, auxiliando na reciclagem dos seus professores, bem como na formação científica e cultural de seus alunos, conscientizando os familiares, colegas e amigos dos mesmos, quanto a anatomia humana. Fato que poderia contribuir com a aplicação de métodos preventivos de saúde, bem como, nos processos de tratamento das doenças. Além disso, o projeto objetivou auxiliar na formação dos alunos de medicina, colocando-os em posição de transmissores de conhecimento. Metodologia e Resultados: Concessão de Peças Anatômicas: Os diretores dos colégios nos enviam ofício, solicitando o tipo de peça anatômica, com o nome dos responsáveis pela mesma. É feito um cadastro, onde o mesmo assina como responsável, devolvendo-a na data previamente marcada. As peças são embaladas em frascos de vidro apropriados de tal forma que a mesma não seja violada. Visitas ao Laboratório: Os diretores dos colégios nos enviam ofícios solicitando a visita dos seus alunos e professores. O agendamento é às sextas-feiras no período matutino. São enviados ao laboratório grupos de 40 a 50, os quais são recebidos por instrutores – alunos do curso de medicina e técnicos de laboratório - e divididos em 4 ou 5 grupos, que, sob a orientação dos professores de anatomia humana, fazem as demonstrações dos cadáveres e das peças anatômicas, explicando cada sistema numa forma de rodízio dos grupos. Foram instruídos e educados 1.800 alunos de primeiro e segundo graus da rede pública e privada, totalizando 45 Colégios de Uberaba e dos municípios vizinhos, com seus respectivos 45 professores de ciências. Atendemos às inúmeras feiras de ciências desses colégios, cedendo 200 peças anatômicas para exposição pública. Conclusões: Com este trabalho contribuímos efetivamente com a instrução e educação de 1.800 alunos e 45 professores de 45 colégios públicos e privados de Uberaba e municípios vizinhos. Cedemos 200 peças anatômicas, em cujas feiras de ciências, promoveram o enriquecimento cultural de inúmeras outras pessoas das mais diversas camadas sociais. Vale ressaltar ainda que os alunos participantes do projeto tiveram uma familiarização com o ensino em anatomia e estiveram em contato com dúvidas que refletem a vida da população, permitindo um melhor entendimento do conhecimento da sociedade frente à anatomia humana e à medicina.
